A message dated March 25, 1999, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 76(RLS) am with the following amendment:                           
                                                                               
                                                                               
Page 2, line 19:                                                               
	Insert  "*Sec. 2 AS 29.45.050(o) is repealed July 1, 2002."                 
                                                                               
Renumber the following section accordingly.
